Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Magic Over Murray website. Magic Over Murray is a free hot air balloon festival produced by the Murray Area Chamber Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Murray, Utah. These terms apply to your use of this website and your participation in the event. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Event Is Free, and Details May Change

Magic Over Murray is planned for September 18 to 20, 2026, and admission is free. Balloon flights and inflations, activities, schedules, and other event details depend on weather and other conditions and may change, be delayed, or be canceled without notice. We provide event information in good faith, but we do not guarantee that any specific activity, balloon, vendor, or attraction will take place. Please check the website for the most current information.

Volunteer Signups and Vendor Market Applications

A Volunteer signup submitted through this website is a request to participate, not a confirmation. Submitting a signup does not guarantee acceptance. The Chamber Foundation reviews signups and may accept or decline them at its discretion.

A Vendor Market application is a request to participate, not an acceptance. The Chamber Foundation may accept or decline applications at its discretion. If accepted, the booth fee is $200 per day, due upon acceptance, and non-refundable. Food truck applications remain closed and are not accepted through this website.

Tethered-Ride Waivers and Tickets

Each adult tethered-ride participant must complete and electronically sign the rider waiver before riding. A parent or legal guardian may complete the parental-consent section for minor riders and list up to 10 minors on one waiver. Completing a waiver does not purchase or reserve a ride.

Tethered-ride tickets are sold through Zeffy, a third-party ticketing and payment service. Ticket availability, checkout, receipts, and payment processing are handled by Zeffy under its own terms and policies. Ride times, prices, refund choices, and other purchase terms are shown during checkout. Tethered rides are weather dependent and may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety.

Sponsorship Payments

Some sponsorship links may direct you to FastPayDirect, a third-party payment processor. If you make a sponsorship payment there, you leave this website and complete your transaction on FastPayDirect's platform, and that transaction is subject to FastPayDirect's own terms and policies. This website does not collect or store payment card information.
